We do such a thorough and efficient job that our tenants and landlords have always been very satisfied. We offer this service at a cost of 7% (plus 21% VAT) of the annual rent.
Energy certificate for renting or buying - real estate service and management
We offer an ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATE service for renting or buying. The regulation establishes that, starting June 1, 2013, it will be mandatory to provide buyers or landlords of buildings, or parts thereof, for rentals lasting more than four months. Our team of architects and forensic experts has more than twenty years of experience.
Along with the Energy Efficiency Certificate, we offer registration in the Community of Madrid Registry, including this service in the price as a special service for our clients.
